The Office of the Registrar at CMSV and SPU will transfer credits to students who have completed courses at accredited institutions and submitted official transcripts for evaluation. The registrar will evaluate and accept only credits that apply to the student’s program of study and reflect a final grade of “C” or better. Credits earned are applied to the student’s record, reflected in their academic planner, but not counted toward their college GPA. The Transfer Credit Planner also works with the student’s advisor to help them create a schedule and develop a graduation plan.

Therefore, NJ residents eligible for financial aid receive a significantly larger scholarship through SPU than through CMSV, a NY-based institution. NJ residents who are not eligible for financial aid also automatically receive special tuition discounts through SPU that are not available through CMSV.
The degree costs between $12,000-$22,000, but students eligible for financial aid (FAFSA) can receive a scholarship to cover the full cost of the degree. Your exact cost will depend on your financial aid eligibility and whether the degree program is taken through the College of Mount Saint Vincent (CMSV) or Saint Peter’s University (SPU).
In addition to the cost of college, a student may be required to take a limited number of additional exams or courses to complete their degree. The cost of these additional courses is $750-$1,500. We provide individual guidance to do this affordably and efficiently.
